Boeing Contracts with Dimensional Energy

Dear Friends,
Thank you for your continued support of Dimensional Energy. I am delighted to share some great news with you today!
Building on recent momentum in Canada with the startup of our point-source-carbon-utilization demonstration plant earlier this year, Boeing has contracted with Dimensional Energy for $7.48 million CAD ($5.4 million USD) to support the commercialization and project deployment of our synthetic hydrocarbon platform technology for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production.
Boeing is investing in Dimensional Energy’s innovative technology to produce high performance hydrocarbons for valuable fuels and products. With this funding, our engineering team based in Houston, TX is already underway with front-end engineering and design to support commercial SAF production using our proprietary Fischer-Tropsch and Reverse-Water-Gas-Shift process technologies. This essential predevelopment capital will catalyze projects and scale our proven technology to market.
While centered on the feasibility of scaling the current demonstration plant in Richmond, British Columbia to commercial-scale production, this analysis has broad application for all future projects using Dimensional Energy technology. It is based on a standardized reactor design and a plant configuration aimed at transforming an annual supply of 500,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide into more than 3,000 barrels per day of SAF and can be adjusted in volume or offtake selection depending on specific project siting, feedstock and product demand parameters.
Over the next year of the project, our team will progressively optimize the plant design through the front-end loading lifecycle delivering a series of engineering design milestones including standard project cost estimation, risk assessment, and execution planning. Work on initial phases is nearly complete, and the team is now drafting a collaborative scope of work for an engineering, procurement and construction contractor (EPC) to support process optimization and finalize standardized plant design. This plant design will be the essential building block that enables Dimensional Energy to be at the forefront of emerging projects in energy security, carbon utilization and sustainable fuels production.
We are grateful for Boeing’s support for our mission to make cleaner molecules that move the world, and we welcome engagement with project developers and owner-operators, offtakers and feedstock providers ready to build projects with our technology.
This exciting project is one of several we’re working on, and I look forward to sharing more updates with you soon.
Best Regards,

Jason Salfi
