Idemitsu Americas Holdings & Dimensional Energy Announce Strategic Collaboration

We’re excited to share with you a new strategic collaboration between Idemitsu Americas Holdings Corporation and Dimensional Energy to advance sustainable fuels and materials.
Together, we have made a commitment to jointly develop scalable, sustainable business opportunities across North America. We are focusing on a slate of carbon-neutral products, including naphtha, diesel, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and base oils.
We’re especially excited to work with the experts at Idemitsu to innovate naphtha and API Group III base oil chemistry. Depending on processes and finishing, Fischer-Tropsch (FT) iso-paraffins made with Dimensional DEFT™ technology are perfect for PFAS-free, dielectric fluids for data center immersion cooling and high-performance industrial lubricant formulations, as well as renewable plastics.
This collaboration reflects growing global demand for proven, scalable technologies—and marks an important step forward in Dimensional Energy technology commercialization.
This announcement from Idemitsu is the product of many months of planning and we have numerous other exciting projects in the works. All of this builds on the excellent progress we made in 2025 with momentum across technology, projects, and partnerships.

Work Continues with our First Commercial Catalyst Licensee
In 2025, we reached a major commercialization milestone contracting our first catalyst license. Work continues in support of that customer as they advance toward a Final Investment Decision anticipated this year.
This project played a key role in developing our insurance backed performance guarantees and our broader project derisking services.

Dimensional Technology Proven at Scale
We scaled substantially in 2025, successfully building and operating our onsite integrated demonstration facility in Richmond, BC. Concurrently we continued plant operations in Tucson, AZ, where we have been validating real world performance guarantees and generating critical data to support scalability and repeatable deployment since 2022.
Looking Ahead in 2026
We have strong momentum with developers and offtakers across fuels, specialty chemicals, and materials, reinforcing the versatility and demand for Dimensional Energy hydrocarbon technology.
With a solid foundation in place, 2026 is about acceleration - advancing strategic agreements, converting development work into contracted opportunities, and scaling a repeatable commercialization model.
Thank you for being part of the journey. More updates soon.
