







Jason Salfi has been a sustainability focused investor, entrepreneur and consultant for over 25 years. In 1997, he founded Comet Skateboards, a pioneering B Corporation which became an early leader in the use of sustainable materials and manufacturing approaches. After selling the company in 2014, he consulted with several Fortune 500 companies on creating regenerative and profitable business models. Work for these companies included lean manufacturing consulting, product design standards, and acquisition strategy. In 2019, Jason served as an Innovation Advisor for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) and he sits on the Board for Scale for Climate Tech - a manufacturing readiness company that specializes in helping companies span the chasms of moving from design to manufacture. Jason holds a degree in Natural Resource Management from Cornell University.

Bruce Logue holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from UT Austin. He joined SGCE in 2007 working on Front End Engineering Design for refining applications. Bruce designed Aromatic extraction technology units for two major expansion projects, debottlenecking of FCC reactors and designs for Crude and Vacuum distillation units. He also held positions with SGC Energia and Juniper Specialty Products which worked on process technology licensing, project development and execution of Fischer Tropsch based technologies. He served as Plant Principal Process Engineer and was responsible for commissioning and operations of an FT demonstration plant. In 2020, Bruce earned his MBA from WGU and joined Novetus Engineering as Account Manager where he supported owner operators in the energy and specialty chemicals industries by providing engineering services for design, operations and process safety management.

Dassance Raymond brings twenty years of management experience to Dimensional Energy, spanning several diverse fields. Most recently, she spent 10+ years at the environmental powerhouse Sierra Club. During her tenure as Associate Director of Executive Administration and Board Relations, she oversaw operations of the 15-person Board and ran the annual election in which over 800,000 members elected the volunteer Board. She managed the Executive Department and ran Sierra Club’s 200+ person Annual Awards, celebrating environmental champions, celebrities, and elected officials. Prior to that, she served for five years as General Manager of Radio Perfecto Rotisserie in Manhattan and was an AEA Stage Manager for the off-Broadway playhouse The Pearl Theatre, among others. Dassance holds a degree in Theatrical Studies and Management.

John Santoleri has over 30 years of finance, strategy, and business development expertise. Since 2016, he has focused exclusively on early and growth-stage investments in climate technology as a Venture Partner with Clean Energy Ventures, a $400 million institutional venture fund. His previous roles include Innovation Advisor for NYSERDA and director positions on various for-profit and nonprofit boards. As a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, John invested over $800 million in equity and raised an additional $1 billion in financing for portfolio companies across multiple sectors. He also co-founded and managed StoneWork Partners, an ethically-oriented long/short public equity fund. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Siobhan Foley brings to Dimensional Energy 15 years’ experience in policy and programs to address climate change. Most recently, she supported 96 global cities as Head of Climate Action on Urban Consumption for C40, served as technical advisor for C40 North American cities; and developed New Orleans' first climate action plan as a FUSE fellow. Previously, Siobhan led market facilitation and policy initiatives at the Center for Sustainable Energy to drive public adoption of clean energy solutions. She also worked with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation on voluntary renewable energy markets and solar education. Siobhan holds an M.P.A in sustainability management from the Presidio Graduate School and a B.A. from Columbia University.

Bradley Brennan, PhD, has 20+ years in CO2 catalytic conversion, thermal storage, electrochemistry, nanotechnology, solar energy, and chemicals/materials/catalyst synthesis with 25+ peer-reviewed papers and patents. Educated and trained at Caltech, Yale, and Arizona State University, he started his industry career developing formulations for the semiconductor sector. While at Yale, he helped start their Energy Sciences Institute, and was previously a member of the NSF-funded Center for Innovation in Solar Fuels and the DOE-funded Bioinspired Solar Fuels Energy Frontier Research Center. A lifelong advocate for sustainable energy, he has used his broad technology background and problem-solving skills to develop DE’s strong innovation portfolio.

John Brenner has 25+ years of experience in business development, financing, IP, joint ventures, product development, and distribution across biotech, high tech, ag tech, food tech, and 3D metal printing. John was VP for IP Management and Licensing at Rheonix where he was a member of the founding team which spun out of Kionix, Inc. John was a senior technology manager at Cornell University’s technology licensing office and was the founder and president of Aureus Inc., specializing in financial and organizational solutions for technology-based companies. He is a Certified Licensing Professional and holds a B.S. in plant science from the University of New Hampshire, an M.S. in science education from Syracuse University and an MBA from Cornell University.

Sebastian Hunt-Farmer is an operations leader with broad experience overseeing plant operations and production across multiple sites. He directs and coordinates cross-functional teams — including Operations Managers, Engineers, and HSSE professionals — to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance. Sebastian has a strong track record leading plant start-ups, turnarounds, and project execution from construction through handover, and brings a data-driven approach to tracking KPIs, optimizing production output, and driving continuous improvement. He works closely with executive leadership on strategy, budgets, and production forecasts, while also managing external contractors and vendor deliverables to keep complex operations running smoothly.

Stephen Dee brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience with Fischer-Tropsch waxes to his role at Dimensional Energy, spanning manufacturing, R&D, and marketing and sales. He serves as the primary introduction point for wax customers, working closely with the Product team to highlight the unique attributes of the company's low- and zero-carbon FT wax portfolio. From coordinating performance testing at independent labs to guiding customers through product qualification, Stephen ensures that Dimensional Energy's products meet real-world specifications and requirements. His deep expertise also informs the company's broader commercial efforts, including branding, packaging, logistics, supply chain strategy, and technical marketing materials.
